Career Mentoring Program

The main focus here is to identify the innate skills of the students, their best way of expressing their intelligence and interest and guide them towards their best suited careers. The program enfolds in three stages:

Orientation Session

  • What – Educating and Creating awareness about availability of different career options and importance of choosing the right one.
  • How – The session can be done on both online (either on zoom or the school online platform) and offline platforms (at the school premises).
  • Why – Explains the importance of making the conscious choice of the Course / Career.

Practical Assessment Activities

  • What – Experiential Activities for all the 8 Intelligences will be conducted for every student through our Online Portal (90 mins each on two days) or Offline at the school premises (two days) as per the convenience of the school.
  • Who – Assessments can be done on an online platform, offline, or in a hybrid model. For all the programs, co-ordinators will be communicating with the respective school from Team Jagrati.
  • Why – Doing it on multiple days will show the consistency of the performance of the students.

One on One Guidance session

  • What – Reports are generated based on the student’s performance using our unique scoring process
  • How – One on one mentoring is given to each child along with their parents, either offline, in the school premises or over the telephonic conversation by counsellors and psychologists of Jagrati.
  • Why – The process will help them narrow down their choices and give them one-on-one time to clarify their doubts to make a better choice.

For whom: 8th std to PG level

Though in UG and PG level, students are already into a path, the main focus here, is to guide them what best they can do in their chosen path and also guide them through, if they want to shift their course of action and help them accordingly. They also get a chance to talk to professionals who are already pursuing their career. This gives them a first-hand experience of the real world and they can also clarify their doubts.
